Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

Banana is packed with potassium and calories – perfect for your workout needs. Take this an hour before exercise and you’ll notice better performance. This recipe is made to combat fatigue during performance, thanks to our Organic Berry Boost.

What you need:

2 frozen bananas, 2 cups of milk (or protein powder of your choice), ½ cup peanut butter, 1 teaspoon Berry Boost and a handful of ice cubes.

Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and start blending at your desired consistency.

Red Lentil & Sweet Potato Energy Soup.

This recipe is packed with dietary fibre (about 21g) and protein. If you are into muscle toning and building, this soup is one to try!

What you need:

100g. sweet potato, cubed according to preferred size, ¼ cup red lentils, 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 small onion, sliced to desired thickness, 2 cloves garlic, ½ medium-size zucchini, 1 teaspoon Berry Boost, salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

(1) Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. (2) Add the lentils and sweet potato. Continue stirring for about 2 minutes. (3) Pour in the stock and let it boil for about 20 minutes. Set aside to cool. (4) Blend the mixture until smooth. Mix in the Berry Boost. (5) Serve with a few slices of zucchini.

Power Walnut Salad.

This is made for endurance. Packed with healthy fats, proteins, and energy-boosting ingredients, your energy can last for hours! Of course, this is made healthier and more potent with a serving of our Organic Berry Boost.

What you need:

¼ cup edamame, ¼ cup seedless grapes, cut in half, ¼ small white onion, 1 teaspoon butter, ¼ cup bulgur (1 cup water to cook it), ¼ cup walnuts, 4 tbsp honey, 4 tbsp water, a handful of baby spinach, 1 oz. crumbled blue cheese, 1 teaspoon Organic Berry Boost, salt and pepper.

Directions:

  1. In a pan on low heat, melt the butter and begin to sauté the garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the bulgur and 1 cup water and boil for about 15 minutes or if the water has been thoroughly absorbed. Set aside.
  3. Mix together the honey, water, and Berry Boost in a separate container.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients except the blue cheese and spinach. Add in the honey mixture.
  5. Add the cooked bulgur. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve with blue cheese and spinach.
  7. Enjoy!
