Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and select the product(s) you wish to purchase to add to the cart. When you have finished, you’re ready to go to the checkout.
Healthxcel reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned on inspection are deemed to be damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and you will be appointed a specific contact who will follow your complaint through to a conclusion. Our standard guarantees apply to complaints and our internal policies do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Shipping & Handling
Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For further information regarding shipping fees, please visit our Shipping Policy. Please note, our goods are packaged carefully and appropriately to prevent any damage from occurring during the postage process.
We understand that delivery time is of the utmost importance. All our orders are shipped daily using Royal Mail which is a highly reliable postal service. We use either Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or personal Courier depending on your order and what you choose to use at the checkout.
If your item is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will give you an option to cancel your order if you wish. However, as soon as your product(s) are back in stock, we will dispatch your item.
